There are days when a beautiful melody rolls out of you like a runaway truck. Today is one of those days. :)

Hearing the new Shins song made me think about my love for this one.  I truly believe this song has one of the most unique, interesting, and haunting melodies in modern music.  I could listen to this song on end for days. Love the guitar.  Love the way Dave Hernandez rocks a bass.  Love the fact that these guys sound SO good live.  Take five minutes of your time and listen to a song that deserves those few moments of your life.

I will be playing guitar for the 10:30 contemporary service at Lord of Life in Ramsey tomorrow morning. Come check it out if you like sloppy guitar playing and over-used compression pedals.
